How to take it
Two gummies a day. Chew thoroughly. Take them at whatever time of day you will remember — with breakfast works for most people.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are not used to a high-fibre diet, introduce them gradually and drink plenty of water.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, reseal the pouch after use, and keep out of the reach of young children.

About the vaginal microbiome
A healthy vaginal environment is acidic.
It normally sits between pH 3.8 and 4.5, and Lactobacillus species are the bacteria that produce the lactic acid holding it there. Antibiotics, douching, scented products and ordinary life can all affect that balance. This is background on the physiology, not a claim about what this supplement does.
The typical range
Lactobacillus species dominate and produce lactic acid, and pH sits in the acidic range generally described as typical for a healthy vaginal environment.
Outside that range
